20-21 Hermitage Road Bar & Grill is located in Hitchin’s town centre. This restaurant is part of Anglian Country Inns, which also runs the award-winning Fox at Willian. Housed in a 1930s building and themed on a typical New York Loft experience, the interior features large open windows, original wood floors and an eight-metre zinc bar.
The main focal point of the dining experience is the open plan kitchen and the JSI-UV island canopy which hangs gracefully from the vaulted ceiling. All this is set within the stunning surroundings of what was the old Hermitage Ball Room.
