The Jeven JSI-Turbo hood has been designed for kitchens where high efficiency grease extraction and supply air are required.
The JSI-Turbo canopy is equipped with extract, supply and direction air, with damper plates and air flow measurement taps. Supply air is introduced into the kitchen by supply air fascia columns. On island models the supply air columns can be located on all sides of the canopy.
The fast rotating separation plate isolates even the smallest particles and throws them at high speed onto the outer edges of the separation chamber, from which grease and other impurities drain into the collection basin. TurboSwing separates liquid grease and impurities which are then removed by means of a tap.
During annual/monthly check-up the TurboSwing dome and separation plate can easily be removed and washed in a dishwasher.
Rotating separation plates isolate even the smallest grease particles from the airstream by casting them at high speed against the outer edges of the separating chamber.
