The Jeven JLI-Turbo hood has been designed for kitchens where high efficiency grease extraction is required. Where there is alternative means of supply air or it cannot be accommodated within the hood due to building constraints.
The JLI-Turbo canopy is equipped with extract air, damper plates and air flow measurement taps.
The fast rotating separation plate isolates even the smallest particles and throws them at high speed onto the outer edges of the separation chamber, from which grease and other impurities drain into the collection basin. TurboSwing separates liquid grease and impurities which are then removed by means of a tap.
During annual/monthly check-up the TurboSwing dome and separation plate can easily be removed and washed in a dishwasher.
Rotating separation plates isolate even the smallest grease particles from the airstream by casting them at high speed against the outer edges of the separating chamber.
