The Cyclone range of ‘recirculation canopies’ are applied as a solution where it is impossible to vent the system with conventional ductwork routes.
All mechanical elements are located within an adjacent service chamber which also houses additional stepped air filtration media. Primary filtration remains within the canopy where filters can differ. Three stages of filtration are required to clean the air and remove odour before re-introducing it back into the kitchen.
The re-introduction of the air is via the integral insulated supply air plenum and delivered via perforated stainless steel fascia panels.
Note – CV-R canopies can only be used over electrically powered cooking appliances due to gas regulations.
All canopies and hoods are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel unless an alternative is specified.
All visible surfaces come with a satin grain polished finish.
